About: Lists

Creating lists is easy. If you haven't registered an account and logged in on the site, you only have one list at your disposal, and it will only be saved in the browser you're currently using. If you are logged in, however, you can create how many lists you want and they will always be available when you sign in with your account. The instructions below apply if you are a logged-in user.

Create a new list

To create a new list, simply click the New list button at the bottom of your list panel. Your list panel is located on the left side of your browser window. Also, if you add a gun to a list without having a list selected, a new list will be created automatically.

A new list will by default have the name "New list" followed by today’s date. To change the name of the list, click on its name, type the name you want it to have, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Add/remove guns

There are several ways to add guns to your list. For instance, you can use the quick search to find the gun you want to add, hover over its name and click on the Add to list button.

Another way is to use the Gunfinder to find the gun you want to add and then click on the Add to list button.

If you want to add several guns at the same time, you use the Gunfinder to find the guns you want to add, check the box to the left of those guns, and click on the Add to list button.

To remove a gun from a list, hover over it in your list panel and click on the remove button that appears.

Edit description and publish list

If you click on the fullscreen button in the list panel header, you can write a description of the list, and also make the list public so that it can be viewed by other users.

Alternatively, you can go to your profile and click on the Lists tab, and from there click on the list you want to edit.

To edit the description of your list, type the description in the text box and click on the Save button.

To make your list public, click on the Public button. If you want to make it private again, just click on the Private button.

Overview and delete list

To see an overview of all your lists in your list panel, click on the My lists button at the bottom of the list panel.

To remove a list, hover over it and click on the delete button that appears. You will have to confirm that you want to delete the list by clicking on Delete in the dialog that pops up.

Other users’ lists

Go to the list page to view other users’ lists. You can choose to view the most popular lists, the most recent published list, or search for lists. Click on a list to view all details and other users’ comments on the list. If you are logged in, you can write your own comment.
